Day 1 of our 250 year celebration begins at 1pm with an educational discussion by the author of the children's book, The Young Federalists and ends at approx. 9:30pm with an amazing fireworks and air drone show supported by patriotic music utilizing stadium quality speakers and then lasers after the drones have landed.
In between, there will be several educational discussions and portrayals along with staged patriotic music for all to enjoy.
Our 3 day event (Celebrating America's 250th Birthday) is free for everyone to enjoy!

It's July 4th - HAPPY 250TH BIRTHDAY AMERICA!!!
Throughout this Independence Day, we will offer live music and events. A cash bar will be available having a revolutionary themed tavern under a tent. Actors from July 3 along with fife and drum will begin the fun pub crawl starting in Lambertville and ending in New Hope. Day 2 concludes with a power boat "Armada" along with a scull boat rowing race ending under the bridge.
Pub Crawl: This is a social activity where a group of people visit multiple pubs or bars in one outing, having one or more drinks at each stop before moving on to the next location.

EVENT INFO:
Well, it sadly has to end. But not without us kicking and screaming. We'll celebrate right to the end. Today we will begin with the "Freedom Parade" starting in New Hope and ending in Lambertville. We will end at 12 noon with simultaneous bell ringing from both sides of the river.
In between there will be a Dragon Boat Race on the river, color guard ceremonies, dramatic reading of the Declaration of Independence along with singers from Playhouse and Music Mountain singing "God Bless America" from both sides of river utilizing stadium quality speakers.
